IS THIS YOUR FULL-TIME JOB?

Yes, I feel incredibly lucky to say I am a Professional Photographer. I started taking wedding photos many years ago and was trained by a photographer who has just received an MBE for his work. I took a break whilst trying other things out and have been back into wedding photography for the past 4 years where I have invested a lot of time in CPD and also invested a great deal of money in the best equipment.

ARE YOU INSURED?

Yes! I have both public liability and professional indemnity insurance.

WILL YOU TRAVEL?

Yes, we are happy to travel, we cover the UK and all other destinations. We love to travel so doing the two best things in the world would be a dream. Please talk to us about travel.

DO YOU CARRY BACK UP EQUIPMENT?

I always carry two cameras, that have dual cards, so this should eliminate any mailfuncations. I also carry and a selection of lenses some are duplicates so again all eventualities are covered. I use all Nikon Professional equipment which I am really happy with and always gives me the stunning photos we all want.

WILL YOU NEED TO VISIT THE VENUE BEFORE THE WEDDING?

This is not a must do, but happy to do so if you wish. If you are having a pre-shoot this maybe a nice place to do this in. It maybe that you would like to talk about shots you would like there. However, venues normally have comprehensive websites so it does not have to be there. The choice is totally yours.

CAN YOU HOLD MY DATE?

No date can be reserved until a booking form has been submitted and a £495 deposit has been paid. All dates are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. An inquiry does not automatically entitle you to your wedding date. Sorry.

CAN WE ARRANGE A MEETING WITH YOU BEFORE WE BOOK?

This is something I prefer to do as it is good to get to know you and you to know me. I will always meet up at least once before a wedding and we can also skype if needed.

HOW CAN I RESERVE MY WEDDING DATE?

I will firstly require you to fill in and email me your booking form – you will be sent a copy of this form via email once we have confirmed my availability and we have had a consultation meeting/chat over the phone. Once the form has been submitted, a £495 deposit is required to complete the booking, which can be paid via bank transfer.

WHEN IS THE FINAL BALANCE DUE?

The final total must be paid up at least 12 calendar weeks before the date of the wedding. This can either be paid in one lump sum, or in instalments payments (this we can discuss).

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL/CHANGE MY WEDDING DATE?

If you need to reschedule the date of the wedding, a rescheduling fee may occur which will need to be paid in order to secure another date (subject to availability). If the new date is unavailable or the wedding is cancelled, the £495 deposit is non-refundable. Furthermore, if the wedding is cancelled within 3 months of the wedding date, payment in full is required to absolve loss of earnings as a result of your cancellation.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU FALL ILL OR CAN'T MAKE IT TO OUR WEDDING?

In the unlikely event that I'm unable to make it to your wedding due to illness or injury, I have a network of other professional photographers that I trust that are able to take my place in my absence. They will replace myself on the wedding day and will shoot in a similar manor as myself. I will then work alongside my stand-in to sort through the photos and/or videos that they have captured and edit them to the same style and standard that you see on my website.

CAN I UPGRADE MY WEDDING PACKAGE ONCE I'VE BOOKED?

Absolutely. Once you've paid a deposit and secured your wedding date, you are able to upgrade, downgrade or adjust your booking at any point so long as you give me plenty of advance notice (subject to availability).

CAN YOU BUILD A WEDDING PACKAGE TO MY NEEDS?

Yes, the collections are what clients normally choose, however everyone is different and have different needs, please speak to us and we will tailor make a bespoke package to what you require.

HOW LONG AFTER THE WEDDING WILL IT BE TILL WE GET OUR PHOTOS?

We note some clients wait months for their photos, we aim to get this back to you with 6-8 weeks. We like to ensure all shots are edited as required and we would never send anything out to you that has not passed out quality control.

HOW WILL WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?

Once editing has been completed you will be able to view them on a private online gallery; I will send you the direct link for this, these will only be viewable once you have looked through these and highlighted any changes you want to make before uploaded to your private gallery. Once all this has been actioned, your photos will be either; (decided upon collection chosen with ENCADE) 1)Put on to a USB stick within a bespoke presentation box that I'll post to your door so that you can enjoy the memories for ever more. 2) Albums, we will discuss as each supplier has a different lead time and this depends on the extensive range of albums we offer.

WHERE ARE THE ALBUMS MADE?

We have various suppliers of albums, all made with the premium quality of materials available, hand selected and gone through thorough Quality Control. Currently all of the Albums are made within the EU, you will see on a Authenticity Label whether they have been made in England, Poland or Italy. All of which will be signed off by ENCADE.

DO YOU DO GROUP PHOTOS?

We take some group shots as in years to come you will want to look back at them to see the people who attended your wedding. Our main photos will be of the bridal party as you are the VIP’s of the day. However, we will follow your guidance on what you require. This is discussed beforehand so your wish is fulfilled.

DO YOU PHOTOSHOP PHOTOS?

Generally speaking, I don't tend to do any extensive airbrushing of the skin as I feel that the results can look incredibly fake.  That said, I will remove any spots or breakouts to ensure that you look your best in your photos.
